The more you know…
Supporting clients with cross-disciplinary needs takes time, listening, broad expertise, and knowing when to seek clarity.  For me, technical learning continues everyday.

Leadership
Leading people is a tremendous responsibility. Creating a productive, growth-oriented work environment takes intentionality, especially in a remote environment.

Bring it all together.
When everyone is working towards an agreed upon target- the work gets done right.  It’s tough to arrive at the best solutions when roles and responsibilities are poorly defined.

A Little Something Extra
In a world of near constant availability, action, and reaction – I set aside moments in my workday to step away – a quick visit to the outside world.
