Tania is the Key Client Program Director at Spheros Environmental with more than 20 years of experience in environmental consulting. She specializes in California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and permitting compliance, bringing a pragmatic and proactive approach to complex projects and programs. Her career has progressed from analyst to scientist and planner, manager, and company leader, giving her a well-rounded perspective on technical work, project delivery, and business strategy. 

Tania supports work in the solar energy, fire and fuels, and water utility sectors. She is recognized for her strategic insight and creativity in developing solutions for complex environmental challenges. Her leadership is grounded in building focused, knowledgeable teams that care deeply about their work and consistently support successful project outcomes. 

Tania is also called upon to provide training and lead workshops for professional organizations, including the Association of Environmental Professionals and the San Francisco Bar Association. Her broader leadership experience includes oversight of business strategy, finances, and information technology.
