Data-Driven Environmental Solutions

Sam Haffey leads Spheros Environmental’s Digital Services practice area, where he is responsible for advancing how environmental data is collected, processed, and applied to support effective decision-making. He works closely with project teams and clients to design systems that turn complex information into clear, reliable insight that can be acted on with confidence.

Sam’s approach emphasizes usability, innovation, and practicality. He focuses on building tools and workflows that improve transparency, support data quality, and help teams respond effectively as conditions evolve. His work reflects a strong belief that well-designed systems should make complex environmental data easier to understand, not harder.

Data should be usable.
Information is only valuable when teams can understand it and act on it.

Consistency builds confidence.
Reliable systems and clear standards reduce uncertainty and support better decisions.

Good design supports good judgment.
Tools should amplify expertise, not get in the way of it.

A little something extra – the kind of environment that helps me think clearly
Having grown up in the heart of New York City, I thrive in lively, energetic spaces. Bustling coffee shops and open, collaborative offices help me focus and do my best work.
