At Spheros Environmental, leadership is accessible by design.
Once a month, employees can book a 15-minute one-on-one conversation with our CEO during open office hours. There is no agenda and no expectation, just dedicated time to talk about whatever is on your mind.
These conversations might include ideas, questions, career goals, feedback, or the realities of day-to-day work. More than anything, they reflect our belief that listening matters and that strong leadership stays connected to the people doing the work.
