Clarity-Driven Leadership
Brandy Crawford leads strategic marketing and communications at Spheros Environmental, where she is responsible for shaping the firm’s brand, narrative, and marketing strategy across a growing, multi-disciplinary organization. She works closely with executive leadership, practice leaders, and business development teams to translate complex technical expertise into clear, credible messaging that supports informed decision-making and long-term growth.
In addition to overseeing firmwide marketing and communications, Brandy plays a central role in acquisition integration, aligning newly acquired teams, brands, and capabilities into a cohesive Spheros identity. She leads a cross-functional marketing and proposal development team with a focus on consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across pursuits, thought leadership, and client-facing materials.
